TEKCE Expands Global Real Estate Reach with New Partner and Affiliate Programs.

TEKCE Real Estate, with offices across five countries, announced the expansion of its Partner Program and the launch of a new Affiliate Program on Tuesday.

The initiatives are powered by the company’s proprietary platform, MyTEKCE, and offer users real-time tracking of transactions and access to a portfolio of over 7,000 verified properties in Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, and Northern Cyprus.

The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Özkan Tekçe, stated the move addresses a core industry challenge. “Real estate is ultimately a trust business,” he said. “We built our model so every stakeholder can clearly see what’s happening, when, and why”.

The Partner Program is designed for established real estate professionals, including brokerages and independent advisors.

It allows an agent in one country to service a client looking to buy property in another, using TEKCE’s inventory and local expertise while maintaining their own client relationship.

The central tool is the MyTEKCE platform, which provides partners with a real-time dashboard into TEKCE’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. Partners can track detailed client information, including preferences, communication logs, scheduled viewings, offer stages, and commission status.

A key feature is the white-label capability. Partners can use the TEKCE App rebranded with their own logo and contact details, presenting the international listings as part of their own service offering.

This is supported by access to TEKCE’s network of over 20 wholly owned offices, which provide on-the-ground support in 30 languages.

Alongside the professional program, TEKCE has launched an Affiliate Program targeted at a broader audience. This program is open to alumni clients, travel agencies, influencers, bloggers, digital marketers, and other content creators with engaged followers.

Affiliates do not need a real estate license. After joining, they generate unique referral links through the MyTEKCE platform to direct their audience to TEKCE listings.

They then earn income on any resulting verified transactions, with the ability to track lead activity in real time.

“The model is engineered as a transparent, win-win system for all stakeholders,” the company stated in its announcement.

TEKCE’s physical footprint is foundational to these digital programs. The company operates 20 offices across five countries: Spain (Alicante, Barcelona, Málaga), Türkiye (Alanya, Ankara, Antalya, Bodrum, Bursa, Fethiye, İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Trabzon, Yalova), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Northern Cyprus (Kyrenia), and Sweden (Stockholm).

This network is intended to assure partners and their clients of dependable local knowledge and legal support for cross-border transactions.

Mr. Tekçe emphasised that the new programs are built on measurable, technology-driven processes. “Our CRM-driven model shows every step so partners and affiliates can build long-term businesses on transparency,” he said.

He added that a dedicated Partner Management team has been established to support the networks, which now span more than 100 countries.

The launch reflects a growing trend in the global real estate market towards digital platforms that facilitate international investment.

By combining its physical offices with white-label digital tools, TEKCE aims to position itself as an intermediary not just for buyers, but for the agents and influencers who connect with them globally.
