Aivista Quant Capital, a financial technology firm focused on next-generation investment solutions, today announced the official launch of its Caelus AI system and the AQC token ecosystem, signalling what the company describes as “a new era of intelligent, data-driven investing”.
With US$80 million in registered capital and full regulatory compliance under its belt as a Money Services Business (MSB), Aivista Quant Capital positions itself as a trusted innovator in the increasingly crowded field of quantitative finance. The firm aims to make advanced investment tools more accessible, breaking away from exclusivity in traditional markets.
What is Caelus AI?
At the heart of Aivista’s announcement is Caelus AI, a fourth-generation artificial intelligence system built for financial analysis and automated trading across multiple asset classes: equities, derivatives, digital assets and commodities.
It combines deep-learning methods with logical interpretation in a proprietary reasoning framework designed to deliver both adaptability and transparency.
Key components of Caelus AI include advanced Market Microstructure Analysis, which uncovers detailed patterns in the way securities are traded; a Strategy Recommendation Engine that generates customized portfolio designs aligned with specific investment objectives; and Real-Time Risk Management tools that dynamically monitor positions and adjust exposure to safeguard against market volatility.
The system reportedly processes millions of data points per second, and can execute trades with millisecond-level precision, a necessity in high-frequency trading environments and volatile digital markets.
Complementing the AI system is AQC token, which acts as the backbone of the ecosystem. Launched in October 2023 at an initial price of US$0.15 (as per the release), AQC gives its holders access to Caelus AI’s suite of quantitative strategies, real-time analytics, and transaction execution services.
Aivista emphasises that the token is built with regulatory compliance in mind, under MSB registration, which covers anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. This is important in tokenised ecosystems where issues of transparency and legal oversight are often a concern.
In recent years, institutional and retail investors have increasingly looked for automated, AI-based tools to manage risk, execute strategies, and process large volumes of market data.
However, challenges of opacity, overfitting, regulatory risk and lack of adaptability have often undermined confidence in many quantitative models. Aivista’s launch of Caelus AI is an attempt to address those issues by combining adaptive machine learning, logical interpretability, and strong regulatory foundations.
In addition, by offering the AQC token as the access point, Aivista seeks to democratise access to high-end tools that have traditionally been the preserve of large funds or specialised hedge funds. For investors looking for intelligent investing solutions, this could represent a meaningful shift in who can participate.
Aivista Quant Capital’s progress is driven by a team of seasoned financial and AI professionals with decades of combined experience in quantitative investing, compliance, and advanced technology development.
Since 2018, the firm has built a strong foundation by developing Caelus AI’s infrastructure, refining proprietary reasoning frameworks, and launching the AQC token ecosystem.
Looking ahead, Aivista plans to expand the use cases of AQC tokens, deepen Caelus AI’s adaptive capabilities, and strengthen its position as a global leader in intelligent investing.
By combining advanced technology, rigorous compliance, and robust capital strength, the company aims to empower investors worldwide to navigate increasingly complex financial markets with confidence.
