AIB-AXYS Africa Ltd is the fusion of two established companies: AIB Capital Limited and Apex Africa Capital Limited, both with over 25 years of experience in the Securities market.

AIB-AXYS Africa forms part of AXYS Group which is based in Mauritius with subsidiaries in Switzerland, UAE, and Hong Kong. The group has more than two decades of specialist experience in financial services.

AIB-AXYS Africa Ltd is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) under license no 141.

Francis Drummond and Company Limited

Francis Drummond and Company Limited (FD) is a specialized stock brokerage service provider. It is a pioneer Member of the Nairobi Securities Exchange and has been in existence since 1949.

FD is one of the oldest members of the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).

Francis Drummond and Company Limited is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) under license no 016.

Kingdom Securities Limited

Kingdom Securities Limited (KSL) is a subsidiary of the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited, the third largest bank in terms of asset base in Kenya.

The bank acquired 60% controlling interest in Bob Mathews and is now trading as Kingdom Securities Limited (KSL). It formally started operations on June 11th, 2009, and is supported by a strong distribution network of 162 Co-op Bank branches nationwide.

Old Mutual Securities Limited

Kingdom Securities Limited (KSL) is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) under license no 020.

Suntra Investments Limited

Suntra investments Ltd is licensed by Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and we are a member of the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).

Suntra is also authorized Central Depository Agent (CDA) of Central Depository & Settlement Corporation (CDSC) and a member of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB).

Securities Africa Kenya Limited

Securities Africa Kenya Limited (SAKE) is a private company incorporated in Kenya in 2009. It is part of the larger securities Africa Group with affiliates in South Africa, Nigeria, and Bermuda.

EFG Hermes Kenya Limited

EFG Hermes Kenya Limited is a subsidiary of EFG Hermes, a leading financial services corporation in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It has a presence in 12 countries across the world.

EFG Hermes Kenya was established in 2017 and is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kenya to offer a range of financial services including investment banking, asset management, securities brokerage, and research.

EFG Hermes Kenya Limited is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) under license no 105.

Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Limited

Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Limited provides investment banking services, including securities trading, asset management, corporate finance, and advisory services to clients in East Africa.

Kestrel Capital was founded in 1994.

SPK Investment Services Limited
