In our society today, Passive income has become the holy grail for Millennials and Gen Z when it comes to making money.

According to a report on Global Employment Trends for Youth 2020, the labour force participation rate of young people aged 15–24 has continued to decline.

This has been happening despite the global youth population increasing from 1 billion to 1.3 billion between 1999 and 2019. 

In this gig economy, there are different ways young people can deploy to make money so that they can love life.

As of July 2021, the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that 54.4% of young people (persons ages 16 to 24) were employed.

Affiliate marketing involves earning a commission for marketing another person’s or company’s products. A lot of companies in different industries offer affiliate programs.

As a blogger, you can recommend services, digital products, and physical products of other companies to your readers and followers.

By this, you earn commissions for traffic or sales generated from the referrals.

Selling placement advertising space is one of the easiest ways to use your site’s traffic to make money.

You can generate income by selling advertising spaces to businesses or nonprofit organizations that want to promote their products or services on your site to your readers and followers.
